• RESERVES

• The staying starts at 12 p.m. and finishes at 11 a.m.

• The reserve will be effective with the payment of 50% total value of your staying (deposit or card).

• The rest of it will be paid when check-in the Hostel.

• The deposit is necessary to confirm an guarantee your reserve. It is necessary to be sent by e-mail or fax.

• On check-in is necessary to show the proof of payment.

• All the tariffs includes breakfast, bedwares and towel.

• No need for hostel card.

• Cash payments will have 5% discount in the total bill.

• The tariff can be altered without previous notice.

CANCELLATION

• Any kind of cancellation should be notified to the Hostel in 48 hours anticipation of arrival date and it will be 50% refund of the payment only.

• For promotions packages (Reveillon, Carnaval, etc) will have no refund in case of cancellation with or without previous notice.

• In case of cancellation of some of the nights it will be charged 50% on cancelled nights.

• The tariffs can be altered without previous notice.
